EVOKE Frequently Asked Questions

IMPORTANT – EVOKE does not archive any media from your wedding, sessions, or any other events filmed or photographed. Your package included the selected / edited image files and video clips as determined by the EVOKE editors. Everything is carefully reviewed, but not every image or video clip may be selected for the final edited image gallery or video.

For Video

15 days after posting of your highlight video, the original footage, edited productions and any associated digital media created will be permanently removed from all storage devices. Long term archival will be your responsibility. The original footage is not included in your package and may contain video of family and/or clips not shown in your highlight video. If you are interested in obtaining the original footage, please notify EVOKE no later than 7 days after the posting of the highlight video. (Please inquire with EVOKE for current prices.)

For Photography

30 days after delivery of your photos, original files and edited images / albums or any associated digital media created, will be permanently removed from all digital storage devices. Long term archival will be your responsibility. The original image files are not included in your package and may contain images of family or otherwise not shown in your galleries. If you are interested in obtaining the original image files, please notify EVOKE no later than 7 days after the posting of your gallery or premiere appointment. (Please inquire with EVOKE for current prices.)
